You represent and warrant that the Information you provide is true, accurate, and correct in all respects, to enable Wing to process and manage your use of the Wingmall Website. You are solely responsible for any failure to provide true, accurate, and correct information and documents. If any Information you have provided to Wing is no longer valid, you may update it through the channels made available by Wing from time to time.

V. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Wingmall Website, you represent and warrant that:

1. all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete;
2. you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary;
3. you will use the Wingmall Website in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing;
4. you and your affiliates have the legal capacity to, and agree to, comply with these terms and conditions;
5. you and your affiliates are not the subject of any trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions enacted, or proposed to be enacted, by any country, international organization, or jurisdiction;
6. you will at all times comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations with regard to products, services, software, and technologies used in connection with the Wingmall Website;
7. you have complied with the restriction of use provisions set out above;
8. you and your affiliates will not use the Wingmall Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or illegal activity, or to offer products or services that would likely trigger any international trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions; and

VI. Services and Products on the Wingmall Website

1. You may use the services and products available on the Wingmall Website only if you hold a valid Wing Account. The Wingmall Website contains services and products provided either by Wing or by third parties authorized by Wing to make their services and products accessible through the Wingmall Website.
2. All Wing services and products on the Wingmall Website are provided on an "as-is" basis and are governed by these terms of use, together with the specific terms and conditions applicable to each selected service or product. Your use of any services or products is bound by, and subject to your full acceptance of and compliance with, all terms and conditions listed therein.
3. You may also find services and products of third parties (any entity other than Wing) on the Wingmall Website. For the avoidance of doubt, such third-party services and products are provided solely and primarily by those third parties, at their discretion, in accordance with applicable laws. For this purpose, Wing merely provides the Wingmall Website as a channel through which you may access the services and products of those third parties, at your own selection. Your use of any third party's services and products on the Wingmall Website is bound by these terms of use and subject to your full acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions of the respective service or product of that third party.
4. We do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, quality, and details of the services/products displayed on the Wingmall Website will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the services/products.

VII. Transaction

1. You may use, order, or accept services and products within the Wingmall Website. We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to introduce new features, functionalities, or applications to these transaction services or to future versions of them.
2. You and any suppliers accessing or using the Wingmall Website assume all risks of conducting purchase and sale transactions in connection with, or through, the Wingmall Website. 4. All of the foregoing risks between you and suppliers are referred to as "Transaction Risks." VIII. Payment

1. You will be required to pay online using the payment methods available on the Wingmall Website when you confirm your order. Payment may be required in part or in full, depending on the supplier, product, quantity, and/or specification of the service or product ordered.
2. We accept only the forms of payment provided on the Wingmall Website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Wingmall Website, and to promptly update your account and payment information — including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date — as necessary. Applicable sales and purchase taxes will be added to the price of sales and purchases as required by law.

X. Submissions

XXI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
2. All disputes, controversies, or differences that may arise in connection with the implementation of these terms of use shall be settled through amicable negotiation. If the parties fail to reach agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.
