Customers may return items within 3 days of receiving their order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

To process a return, customers must provide a valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase to verify the transaction.

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and digital downloads are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on bank processing times.
